THE OUTCOME
18 illustrations were created to to facilitate dialogue among the staff. Specific content developed about mental illness, depression, managing the end of life, and connecting with families as well as new innovative material designed by the company
THE STORY
Elior Services approached us with a unique challenge: to align the learning and development experience with the needs of their evolving support service agents by adapting the content creative direction. They wanted to create illustrations that addressed sensitive topics like managing the effects of aging on the body and mind, understanding diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s, and dealing with issues of respect, dignity, and even death.
We knew this project required more than just technical illustrations; it needed a compassionate touch. So, we designed illustrations that not only facilitated open dialogue on these difficult themes but also helped agents connect on a deeper, more empathetic level. The aim was to empower the team with a better understanding of these situations and how to respond effectively.
The Elior team ensured that the illustrations reflected the diversity of their staff in terms of age, gender, and backgrounds, ethnicities, making every team member feel represented and valued.
Gathering feedback from Elior team at every stage, ensured that the final result was not only relevant and relatable but also wholeheartedly embraced by those it was designed for.
The work we did with Colectius Malaysia created so much value for the team that we got the privilege to work again with the Singapore office and the Philippines office as well as for their regional leadership training seminar.
